We understand that the journey through a business transformation project is every bit as important as the destination. At every step of the way, we're committed to reducing risks and disruptions to your business so that you get where you want to go with as little pain as possible.
To reduce your risk during a project, we endeavour to:
How we work with our clients
Maintaining the personal touch is an important part of how we do things.
We take pride in the relationships our teams forge with the managers who lead your projects and the employees who use the solutions and business processes we design and implement.
Ovations uses a range of resources to manage relationships with our clients. One or more of the following Ovations people will be part of building and managing our relationship with you:
At the beginning of our relationship, an Account Manager will help you decide if we're the right people for your engagement. They'll make sure you meet the right team at Ovations, that your proposals are produced and presented on time, are relevant and address your strategic issues, and that our relationship gets off to a good start.
Once your project is underway, you can rely on your Account Manager to stay involved. They'll visit your site regularly, help to manage the Ovations people working on your project and make sure your journey is progressing smoothly. They'll also help you keep your project aligned to your strategic objectives.
We make sure the Account Managers we choose for our clients have the right project experience and industry knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to delivering your project successfully and realizing business benefits.
They also play a project quality assurance and governance role so that you know any deliverable we give you has been reviewed and approved. This ensures we constantly deliver high quality work and you feel your investment in us generates good returns.
If you have more than one project on the go, we'll allocate a Programme Manager so that someone's looking after the bigger picture. Programme Managers manage, plan and steer activities to make sure multiple projects remain aligned with your organisational objectives. They will also ensure that all your projects efforts are integrated so that you remain focused on reaching your ultimate programme solution.
