Ovations is always looking for bright, proactive and independent-minded people to join its ranks.
Formal qualifications and a background in consulting are helpful, but our recruitment process focuses on identifying talented and dedicated people who will fit in with the performance-driven culture at Ovations.
We follow a recruitment process that evaluates and processes applications as quickly and as fairly as possible.
Most of our vacancies are published on our Careers website and occasionally in the press, so that applicants apply directly to Ovations. We also rely on an internal referral process as a source of suitable applicants.
We will assess candidates against the stated criteria for each position. If you are not selected for an interview, we will inform you as soon as possible. In some cases we will ask if we may keep your details on our system.
We will normally contact you by email or telephone to arrange an appointment for an interview.
When we invite you for an interview, we will let you know what the format of the interview will be. If you are successful, you may be invited to attend a second interview, or some additional evaluation procedures, depending on the position and the requirements of the particular division.
Applicants usually participate in a panel interview with future team members, followed by an interview with leadership representatives.
All our offers for employment are made subject to satisfactory credential verifications. These may include ID match, criminal record and qualification checks.
