Change Manager (People)

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • To manage change management on business process-, systems- and technology change projects and provide specific People Capital Management expertise and services based on client’s requirements.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant diploma/ degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or related discipline
  • Experience working at operational and tactical change consultant level on projects
  • Minimum 5 years change management theory and practice
  • MS Office
  • Consulting Skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • English Business Writing
  • Understanding of Change Management best practices
  • Understanding People Capital Management best practices
  • Knowledge of specific project management methodologies
  • Training in specific project management methodologies (Principal CM Consultant)
