JOB DUTIES:
- To manage change management on business process-, systems- and technology change projects and provide specific People Capital Management expertise and services based on client’s requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant diploma/ degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or related discipline
- Experience working at operational and tactical change consultant level on projects
- Minimum 5 years change management theory and practice
- MS Office
- Consulting Skills
- Presentation Skills
- English Business Writing
- Understanding of Change Management best practices
- Understanding People Capital Management best practices
- Knowledge of specific project management methodologies
- Training in specific project management methodologies (Principal CM Consultant)
