Visibility
The portal enables beginning-to-end management through status driven events, either electronically or manually updated through the system. An absolute necessity in the transport process.
Workflow Management
Administration of events is absolutely key to the entire transport process. Through effective administration and documentation of events, documentaton that requires action, the system forces each step to be taken and concluded promptly. In this way the life cycle of a load can be effectively managed throughout the course of the transport job.
Notification Management
The system can be set up so that completing certain events, or reaching prescribed milestones, that require action to be taken, will alert the necessary parties. The value of this feature in transport management systems is clear. Allowing for proactive management, taking action immediately to improve or correct service levels and to ensure that a load doesn’t wait around “in limbo” costing you money. Alerts are sent via SMS or Email.
KPI Management
This gives one access to all real-time information along the systems network, through a summarized dashboard display. Scheduling effectively is far easier with all the available information at your fingertips. Customers, transporters and internal stakeholders all have access to role-based views.
Reporting
A standard set of operational and management reports contain detailed information invaluable in understanding the KPIs or in custom analysis through our excel reports. To keep customers informed one can use the systems to generate custom reports easily.
User management
Individual access to certain files and systems can be limited through user access configuration and management. For example, allowing only those directly involved in finance to view the profitability of a load’s transport.
